Update
We are currently investigating a widespread incident affecting multiple platforms, including one of our providers, AWS. This issue is beyond our control, but our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation. While we are seeing some minor performance degradation, we have not observed any significant impact on our application operations in the us-east-1 region at this time. We will provide updates as we receive more information from the provider and will post a new message as soon as the incident is resolved.
